Terms and Conditions

1. Trip must be paid in full two weeks prior to departure date.

2. A valid passport is required on all trips and must be in your possession on the trip. Log in to your account on our web site (Schedule page) to add/edit your passport details.

3. Fish processing: Make a reservation with your preferred processor as soon as you book your fishing trip. https://www.searchersportfishing.com/sportfishing-trips/fish-processors/

4. Canned/bottled drinks, Mexican FMM (if needed), CA fishing license (if needed) and possible fuel surcharge are not included in the price. For 1.5 and 2-day trips, Mexican fishing permits are NOT included.

5. If you cancel and we rebook your vacancy, or if we receive your cancellation more than 120 days before departure, your deposit is refundable minus 10% of the trip price. Otherwise funds on deposit are non-refundable. No refunds after departure. Deposits are non-refundable if passport requirements aren't met to the satisfaction of Mexican immigration requirements.

6. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. When the unexpected happens, we may not be able to replace your spot and offer refunds. For quotes, call Safari Global Travel or call Dawson & Associates at 619-460-5615 or https://safariglobaltravel.com

7. We reserve the right to deny service to any individual whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive orinappropriate. This decision is made at our sole discretion and is based on our responsibility to provide a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone onboard. The well-being of our crew and the other anglers who choose to fish with us is our top priority.
